Join us at the ODD DUCK SOCIETY - A monthly talking circle for the Odd Ducks among us who have no place to express their spiritual weirdness.
I’ve lost count of how many times a client will say, “This is going to sound weird but…” and, “There’s no one else I can talk to about this!”
I have news for you: I can probably out-weird you any day of the week.
For years I’ve considered starting this group as a place for those who have nowhere to turn, to be heard and seen by others who are themselves experiencing things too strange and wonderful to be shared in public for fear of being shunned or carried off to a padded room.
In this space you are safe. You are seen. You are heard. You are validated. You are weird, in the best possible way.

Shamanic journeying is a 100,000 year old ancient practice used in cultures all over the world to access infinite wisdom through Direct Revelations. Because there is so much overlap in shamanic practices among different cultures, common ways to journey have been established. These practices, when properly followed, can provide invaluable guidance and healing for us and help us know our soul’s true path.
In this 3 hour class you will:
-Learn basic information, history, and cosmology of shamanism
-Learn about creating sacred and safe space for shamanic practice.
-Take a Shamanic Journey and connect with your Power Animal spirit guide.

So you know how to conduct a Shamanic Journey. Now what?
Experience a year of your life on the Path of the Shaman. See how the oldest spiritual practice known to humanity is pertinent to our current times and, specifically, to your life. This 12 month course will allow us the space and continuity to delve deeper into ourselves and our connection with the cycles of the Earth than is possible in single classes.
Come explore the possibilities and potentials of spiritual growth, healing, and self knowledge that can be gained by the Direct Revelation of the Shamanic Journey -- one of the oldest, most powerful, and most empowering spiritual tools available to an individual -- thus deepening our shamanic path, our understanding of the Universe, and our relationship with the Divine, Mother Earth, and Ourselves!
Each month is a 3 hour class which will include such journeys and lessons as:
-Journeying to the Spirits of the Land
-Journeying to Ancestors and Descendants
-Power Animal Retrieval
-Dancing the Power Animals
-Journeying for Others
-Various Methods of Journeying (Pod Journeys, Spirit Canoe, Yoiking, etc)
-Journeys to Merge with the Elements
-Journeying into Dreams
-The Shamanic View of Illness and Healing
-Walking in Beauty
-and many others.

With a balance of structure and flexibility, together with your guides and mine, we explore your unfolding purpose - learning shamanic principles and techniques, and then applying them to your specific, individual path.
Mentoring consists of 6 1-hour sessions, to be scheduled monthly, weekly, or custom suited to the student. If desired, time can be extended into extra sessions after the 6 original.
